Smaller breeders who work in regulars often release a line once, in a run of a few hundred packs, and then move on. If you miss the drop you are stuck waiting for a restock that may never come, which is why the secondhand prices on some older packs get silly. Upcoming release dates and restock notices are tracked on https://breederregularseeds.com, and it has caught two drops for me that I would otherwise have missed. Grabbing a spare pack of anything you like is a decent habit.
