Training is where photoperiod feminized plants earn their keep compared with autos. Topping, bending and filling a screen all cost the plant recovery days, and only a photoperiod lets you hold veg as long as that recovery takes. I would not top an autoflower at all, but a feminized photo plant can take it twice.
